Kung Fu Dumplings has become a popular Street Eat at various Christchurch and South Island gigs such as Nostalgia, the Wildfoods Festival, the South Island Wine & Food Festival, The South Island Beer Fest, and many more. Operating for over three years from a gazebo street set-up catering to events, restaurants, weddings and festivals it’s time to take Kung Fu Dumplings to the next level of Street Food. With demand high throughout the year, it’s time to introduce the next stage of Kapow in Kung Fu Dumplings’ epic journey. Introducing the ‘Yumbulance’, a beautiful authentic Mercedes yellow Ambulance that will be converted into the sexiest Food Truck out there 👌 The ‘Yumbulance’ is purchased, the Flooring is down, the Power is on, the Gas is rigged up, but what we need is some fuel for the next stage, the ‘Pimp My Ride’ aspect of the conversion; a sexy kitchen & paint job.
