We Kiwis' are busy, so a nutritional breakfast isn't always on the top of our minds. That's why we're here! Blend & Go aims to provide Kiwis' with an efficient, nutritious way to have their meals through our product, Froozies! We hope that through PledgeMe, we will have the opportunity to improve our products and therefore continue on our Blend & Go journey to fulfil our aim.
Blend & Go’s product is a frozen pre-blended smoothie, or ‘Froozie’. Differing from homemade smoothies, Froozies require the customer to simply add their chosen liquid to the product, blend, and go; effectively cutting decision making, buying, and preparation time. Froozies are offered in three flavours which are produced from local ingredients and are dairy free. Packaging will consist of a cooling zip lock bag containing a weekly amount of five servings.
Blend & Go was formed in February when five girls decided to come together and compete in the Young Enterprise Scheme through creating something they had never created before; a business. Determined to succeed, we have worked hard to produce something we believe will help New Zealand head towards a healthier path. Also, we decided to donate 5% of our profits to CanTeen as we want to give back to the community. We hope that with your support, we will be able to get that extra push needed to create a business we, and New Zealand, are proud of.
