I wrote 'Swim' about 2 or so years ago when I first moved to Sydney. To me, Swim is a search for something deeper, it's wanting to be a bit more vulnerable with someone, it's about beginning to be more self-aware of my needs, it's about wanting to really take risks, it's about weighing options aswell, it's about being confused and so sure in love at the same time. I've had a love-hate relationship with this song since I wrote it, it's one of those weird songs that keeps following me. I feel like it's super fitting and I am stoked that it's going to be my first video clip; of course it needs it's own bloody film ;)❤🌸

Filming has finished in Auckland!! How exciting... Ive had a look through some of the photos and they look pretty bloody great. I love NZ and I get home sick a bit, so I am really happy that my first film clip is made there. Gal's had ideas for some of my songs for a long time, so to see this happening for real is kind of like a dream.. she is such a dedicated actress and director and I am really lucky to be able to work with her.

So now its onto post production, all the editing etc and I have to think about how I am going to release it. :)

I understand it's a busy time of year and money is already stretched so thank you so much to the 5 of you who have already pledged some money ❤❤❤ I'll keep you updated in the next few days and I'll be sharing more about the song and the clip.
