About

Tokyo Terrarium Workshop

Project 2015-04-11 08:23:33 +1200

My dream is to go to Japan and teach to floral designers and stylists how to make and design indoor gardens with the use of current trends and NZ influence. I will teach 5 workshops and hold an exhibition with living plants.

I currently design and sell my work in The Department Store in Takapuna. Have a look under thebotanical section in my web site and check out my vimeo link - that shows me teaching a class. I currently hold workshops in Studio 46 and my background is floral design.

Plants are such a great way of getting back to nature - they create such a great healthy living space and add so much to any home or office.

Please help me to make my dream come true! I want to take over the world and make it beautiful, one plant at a time.

I have been introduced to an amazing floral designer in Tokyo, both my sons have met with her as my eldest Jordan is working in a photographic role to complete one of her floral books. We have been communicating via email and she has invited me to do a workshop in her studio. I would love to show Tokyo how we work and also introduce my Terrariums with a NZ twist. I would also be in one of her issues making my work and sharing it with her and her team. Please help me get there!
