About

SGCNZ Teachers Go Global 2015

Project 2014-11-16 14:55:09 +1300

I have been chosen as one of a select group of teachers to represent New Zealand in the third biennial full two week programme for teachers at Shakespeare's Globe in London as a member of the prestigious SGCNZ Teachers Go Global 2015. Whilst in London I would be privileged enough to work with the best in business, learning about how to teach Shakespeare and get more people interested in his works. It is the opportunity of a life time in so many ways. Leaving from New Zealand at the start of July 2015, the group will fly to London to be immersed in everything Shakespeare. After two weeks in this world, we will return to share the experience with all those who will listen in NZ.

As a member of Shakespeare Globe Centre New Zealand Teachers Go Global I get to live out one of my dreams, to perform on the stage at The Globe.

I am hoping to raise $2000 towards the $9000 that I need to go.
