Fush Shore, Bro! It's Time To Grow!

Fush is a whānau owned and operated hospitality brand, that is based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch). We provide the best, sustainably caught fish and chips in town, as well as lots of other delicious kiwi classic kai like burgers, fried chicken and creamy milkshakes.
We are passionate about normalising te reo Māori and sharing our Māori culture with the community, through our love of food and manaakitanga (service and hospitality). We currently have a single store in Wigram that has been in operation since November 2016.
We also have a food truck that serves as both a second income stream as well as a useful marketing tool. We decided early on that we would spend five years proving the Fush concept and building a brand that the community both recognised and respected and that’s exactly what we’ve done. Fush is known all across Aotearoa and continues to grow its reputation.
Five years after opening our first Fush store, we have learnt plenty and Fush has evolved a lot along the way. We are now ready to grow and open more stores and we would love your help to make that happen!
