Hauora NP Podcast

Hauora NP is a podcast to support and connect nurse practitioners (NPs) working in healthcare across Aotearoa. The podcast has been a huge success for NPs, allowing NPs to collaborate and push through workforce issues, as well as in increasing awareness of the diversity of the NP role. We’ve had a great response and engagement with our first set of episodes; raising and addressing topical issues that face NPs in Aotearoa, hosting NPs in varied roles, featured an international NP and would like to continue our NP reach as far as we can go.
Why are we crowd funding?
Laura and I love doing our Hauora NP podcast for Aotearoa's NP community, however as we both work full time, finding time for the podcast episode/audio editing is quite difficult - the part that holds up the episodes release really!
We would like to outsource this so that Laura and I can ensure that our time goes into NP connecting and collaboration, in order to create quality content within the episodes for our listeners.
Who are we?
Laura and Rochelle are two NPs working in primary care working across the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors. We both are passionate about highlighting the NP mahi across the motu, while also discussing workforce issues that are topical and impact on the work of NPs in their specialities across all areas of healthcare.
