Waitangi Weekend Extravaganza!!
Project 2015-01-05 09:13:31 +1300
Cancer survivor Aimee-Chantelle and Maria Kahukura have a mission to raise $5000 so that Maria can join her daughter on a European trip of a lifetime! While Aimee-Chantelle was undergoing Chemo and Radio therapy in 2013, her good friend (German exchange student, Silke) had to leave to go back to Germany. While there Silke raised enough money to bring Aimee-Chantelle over to Germany. Now the mother and daughter duo are raising money so that Maria can share the experience with her daughter. We are holding a Waitangi Weekend Extravaganza which features some brilliant kiwi music, cultural performances, food, stalls and activities for kids. The event will be on the 7th of February and held at the Commons, a unique post-earthquake public space in Christchurch city.

The good news is that the event will still be going ahead so come down to the Commons on the 7th of February from 2pm for a fabulous day of music, dancing and entertainment!
