Hi im Troy the founder of Bacon Bros and I would love to introduce you to our newest concept...... BEERS
Tell me about BEERS? We are creating 365+ unique BEERS and CIDERS this year. All handcrafted and small batch. We are combining the craft BEERS and CIDERS with Barbecue. When we say Barbecue aint talking about no sizzlers!!! We are talking about the real deal. Low and slow brisket, ribs, pork, lamb, mac and cheese, mash and gravy, bbq beans, jalapeno corn bread fresh potato buns , zingy slaw and also BBQ veges too, yes we can make vege taste magical with the right smoke and seasoning..... with 30-40 BEERS on tap, ciders, kombuchas, wines, spirits what more could you want? We will be pouring a rotating selection of 10 of our own BEERS and the 20-30 will be from a selection of local breweries and breweries from around NZ.
Will this concept work? We have successfully completed 12 different BBQ and BEER pop ups, listening to feedback for our BEERS and BBQ. Our customers have helped us improve our recipes and let us know what they expect for value, taste and menu. we have brewed over 130 different BEERS, and we have released hazies, sours , stouts , saisons, red ales , lagers and hefeweizen to name a few...... We are on the constant mission to brew action packed one of a kind BEERS, so everytime you dine the BEERS will be fresh and new. Later this year we will launch CIDERS and KOMBUCHAS too.
Why should you PLEDGE? We are doing some special deals for our locals so you can get some extra value if you get in early. You can try BEERS before anybody else, Pledgers will become VIPs so you will get the opportunity to book tables before we open the doors to the general public. You are also helping create another 10-20 jobs in Christchurch and helping a small business and the local farmers and businesses we support.

Thanks all for your support so far, we are $14k out of the $15k goal so we are on track with 1 week to go.
With the build, we are currently getting the keg fridge built, our sparky is finishing the wiring, extraction is nearly complete, bathrooms are 90% finalised , stainless steel is getting fabricated, beer tower is getting made.
We are working hard on all the small details to make this venue something special for CHCH!!
