After the awesome response to our 'Pendulum' pressing, Little Bushman are looking to press our debut album 'The Onus Of Sand' to vinyl!

The mastering will be done Mike Gibson (Kapiti Coast), and the pressing wil be done in AK by Holiday Records ... local as :)

You guys ARE our record label, and needless to say we couldn't do what we do without you... so chuuuuur!

We're looking to raise $8,235.27 to get this pressing cranking. Here's a breakdown of what's involved:

Pressing cost; 300 LP's / single pocket / 180gm vinyl $5,255.50
Re-mastering audio for LP format $437
Re-formatting artwork for LP $300
Ship Records down to Bushman HQ from AK factory $103.50
Shipping and handling (Sending the records to you guys!) $1,636.65
PledgeMe fees $502.62

STRECTH GOAL:

If we manage to reach our target ahead of time we'll look to raise an extra $1,817 for a small re-pressing of 'Pendulum'

I had someone reach out recently who had pledged on the Onus album for a birthday present. I thought it might be timely for an update and to give you all some realistic timeframes for the pressing process!

If you have ordered the LP for a gift and it looks like it won't arrive in time, I'd be happy to put a message together for your Birthday person. Just be in touch: [email protected] ...or message me any time on the Bushies fb page

So... the audio has all been re-mastered for vinyl. Ditto with the artwork. The files are currently with the master disc cutting person (this is done offshore).

Hard to give timeframes on this as it depends how busy the master-disc-cutting person is, and on international shipping which as you know is unpredictable atm

The next stage after the master disc arrives in AK is for Holiday Records to press 300 copies. They've indicated a minimum turnaround of 12 week on that, due to how busy they are, as well as covid related hold ups in the supply chain

So realistically I could have some vinyl in 16 weeks or so, but will be sure to keep you all updated. Apologies it's such a process, but it will be all worthwhile! And as I said, if you picked up the LP as a gift then please be in touch and I'll see what I can do :)

The campaign closes Sunday, and we've not only exceeded our original funding goal, but also just about reached our 'stretch goal' - making another 100 copies of 'Pendulum :0
