Drop Dead Desserts - Hamilton's First Dessert ONLY Bar!!!!

Hi!

I am Rachael, I live in Hamilton, Waikato, and I have recently decided I would like to open a dessert bar!

This idea has come around, because I had a VERY bad milkshake one day at a bakery (you know, the ones where you can taste the plasticy, syrupy stuff), and I decided, that I am going to make the BEST milkshakes ever, from only REAL ingredients (NOT SYRUP). Real chocolate, real strawberries, real vanilla bean ice cream etc. will be going into these milkshakes. 

But wait!... what type of ice cream was I going to use? Well, this idea quickly manifested into an ice cream bar! Where I would be making fresh ice cream, daily, with real flavours everyone loves!

But why stop there????

I also LOVE baking, so I thought, why not do desserts too! and so, was born the idea of a dessert bar!

Here, you will be able to get home made baked goodies, amazingly HUGE milkshakes and thickshakes, and REAL creamy ice cream! There will also be the vegan, gluten free and lactose free options for people who can't eat these things, along with some paleo cakes and such (of course, you most probably WILL need to stay away from the giant milkshakes, but i'll do my best to design one for the right people)

The money pledged here will go towards opening a shop somewhere in Hamilton (hopefully city central), and will also go towards experimenting with recepies to get the perfect one for you!

I will be making A LOT of ice cream, and baked goods, to see what goes good with what and how much of everything is needed.

To have this project fullfilled would be an amazing thing! I would absolutely LOVE to be baking, making ice cream and serving everyone delicious desserts all day!
