Pacific Warriors is a rugby 7s team based in Wellington.The team was formed in early 2010 and so far we have won 2 tournaments and played in  4 finals.

Apart from playing rugby,we also have cultural dance performance as a form of learning our culture and fundraising at the same time.

Players that have played for us included TJ Perenara,James Sooalo,Api Naikatini,Lote Raikabula,Tomasi Cama jnr to name a few.

Two of our players have also made it to the Fiji U20 world cup squad and are currently in the Wellington U20 team.

We would like to take part in the Coral Coast 7s tournament in Fiji this November.This will be our first overseas tour. Most of the team members are unemployed but have been trainning 3 times a week for the past month. We are planning to take 12 players and 3 management and we are looking at $10,000 to cover our airfares.The Naviti resort will be sponsoring our stay in Fiji.This is the second year of this tournament and will have Jonah Lomu as chief guest.
