There is a French Bull Dog who has been living in a pet store in Tokyo for three months. Today I enquired after him and the ladies working at the store in Minato Ku told me that he is five months old. Every time I walk past his eyes look so sad and he looks bored out of his mind in his small glass box. I just want to buy him (for approx $780) and ship him home with me (approx $2,500-$3,000). I have heard that when pets don't sell and they start to out grow their cutness, they are euthanized. That is plain unfair. I am looking for $3,500 to buy and take this dog on an aeroplane home with me. I asked the pet store ladies when he is able to fly out of Japan. He has to wait until the cooler months of October and I am willing to stay in Tokyo until then, so I can take him home safely and know that we have managed to save a life, even just one life.
