Why are we doing this?

Unlike the conventional way of breaking into the market, it's no longer viable to just be making hit songs but more to do with how you're selling it. 

We are writing music for U.S Film and TV audience. The past two years signaled a new direction for our music and it's future in the music industry . Licensing our music on Film/TV became the new radio for us, we drew our attention there and continued to play live shows. After trialing a few of our focus tracks on a number of U.S music websites, it became clear our music was getting the attention it needed to attract key-players under this category, they wanted to hear more. This is our window of opportunity to finish and release our Album, after failed attempts at funding institutions of recent months. e.g. Creative NZ, NZOA

We want people to remember our music not by melody alone but the messages that bring music to life. There is no better way than syncing music with visual medium like Film and TV where the audience experience the emotional connection to your music.

This is where you come in, we need your help to drive our project off the ground, further into a market that's warming up to our music. We've done time with a record label, and hindsight will save us tens of thousands of dollars in the process. IF you're starting out on your own it's inevitable the challenges come at you especially when budgets are tight.

Who are Fou Nature?

Fou Nature are a core group of two female vocalists and two musicians.  One of their reasons for forming was to create “positive messages for youth at risk and underprivileged children. Sharing the love and empowering lives through their music. 

Warm and inviting Fou Nature's upbeat and positive lyrics reach across and embrace Auckland's diverse culture - spreading good vibes and a zest for life. 

Two of our singles have been voted "Number One" on two American music websites. 

We love writing songs but most of all we love playing live and watching the spirits of the audience lift. It really is something quite magical to watch
