Bleakwater Debut Album

Wellington 5 piece Alt-country band 'Bleakwater' are looking for funding to release their debut album. The recording, artwork and mastering are complete, but funding is needed for the manufacture of 500 copies of their album on compact disc. A distribution deal throughout New Zealand is secure. The band have been working long and hard on this album and there are many people waiting with bated breath for its release.


Hello friends,

After combined decades of frustration in the New Zealand music scene, we have decided to miss out the middle man and release our debut album ourselves. You have the unique opportunity to help us in turning our dreams into shiny silver reality . We have  lined up a home-spun record label ( Slow Boat Records) , a nation wide distributor ( Southbound Distribution) and the fantastic artwork and pictures of artist Lee Jensen for our cover. The music has been lovingly recorded and produced by Bernard Blackburn and Stu Brown and is mastered and ready to go. The next step is YOU.
