Our Campaign Extended for Month of May!

07/05/2021 at 10:43 AM

Thank you so much to all Pledgers, we are truly grateful for every $dollar invested :o)

Today we are extending our PledgeMe equity crowdfunding campaign for the month of May because we don't want our retail and community investors to miss out. For the minimum pledge of $500 individuals and families can become part-Owners of an amazing venture and benefit from the VIP Annual Pass (valid every year you remain a shareholder), a reward for shareholders only.

Although we've had a slow start our Pledgers can rest assured that in addition to our PledgeMe campaign we are enormously engaged in positioning the Waikato Culture Park for investment with a range of potential funders and investors, including Government funds, Community Trust funds and potential wholesale investors.

We are excited to launch our national PR promotions this weekend and are also starting our onsite Vision Tours. If you are free, please come along to the farm on Saturday and Sunday at 2pm.

Everyone is invited and welcome.

Nga mihi, Natalia

    Raise Minimum 500,000
    Raise Maximum 2,000,000
    Share Price 1.00
    Maximum Shares Offered 2,000,000
    Explanation of valuation:

The pre-money valuation is $25,658,757. The valuation is based on a calculation of long-term net tangible assets in the Balance Sheet for the forecasted full financial and reference year 2022-2023 being $30,658,757 made up of:

Property: 120ha farm and existing residential, commercial and farm buildings - $9,000,000
    Plant: Stage 1, 2 and 3 buildings - $20,910,522
    Equipment: $757,234

and the calculation including a consideration of intangible assets, less the PledgeMe campaign maximum value of $5,000,000 (if fully subscribed).

Intangible assets are namely, a license for the use of the Intellectual Property (IP) in perpetuity. The license includes but is not limited to: the Waikato Culture Park & L.E.NA Foundation Business Models, Domain Name Registrations and pending Trademarks, Indigenous Cultural Programs, Performing Arts and Annual Events Program, Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) Annual Program, Environmental Sustainability Program and Solar Energy Revenue Scheme.

Another common method of valuation is to use a 4.5 multiplier x forecasted net profit, however, we have chosen to base the valuation on tangible assets such as land and buildings and the IP for their long-term value.

      Warning statement about equity crowdfunding

      Equity crowdfunding is risky.

Issuers using this facility include new or rapidly growing ventures. Investment in these types of business is very speculative and carries high risks.

You may lose your entire investment, and must be in a position to bear this risk without undue hardship.

New Zealand law normally requires people who offer financial products to give information to investors before they invest. This requires those offering financial products to have disclosed information that is important for investors to make an informed decision.

The usual rules do not apply to offers by issuers using this facility. As a result, you may not be given all the information usually required. You will also have fewer other legal protections for this investment.

Ask questions, read all information given carefully, and seek independent financial advice before committing yourself.
