Help Destiny & Olivia Go To The Philippines And Hillside Dwellers Project

Located in the Northern Luzon Philippines, Hillside Dwellers is a project scope that tackles issues such as injustice, poverty and Cultural Identity. These issues are translated into an Architectural project located in two different sites, aided by the collaboration of the Katutubong project to help bring awareness to the indigenous cultures within the Philippines. The overall Project aims to help engage local youth and community to contribute towards international issues while answering local realities in a cross-cultural exchange.
As participants of the Hillside Dwellers project, we have signed on to be part of an Emerge group. Which help contribute towards the build projects, and also learn and exchange values of our cultures. As this is our FIRST trip overseas we are excited about the opportunity to be involved with a project that helps others and also ourselves think about what we can do to be more socially conscious.
